3 Michelin Star - La Chapon Fin Restaurant, Bordeaux, France.

It is never a bad idea to start with a chilled glass of bubbly at the incredible and ever famous grotto decor, fine dining restaurant Le Chapon Fin located at 5, Rue Montesquieu, 33000 Bordeaux. The restaurant is only open Tuesday to Saturday. 

Le Chapon Fin's extravagant interior was restored by an audacious young architect who designed the catacomb decor with a luxurious warmth, and a secluded romantic ambiance.  The Le Chapon Fin became known as the haunt for kings, sultans, queens, artists and politicians. 

At the top of the list in 1933, when the first Michelin guide was published, Le Chapon Fin is still serving spectacular plated, unique and creative gastronomic mind blowers!! Definitely worth a try for any true foodie.  It is truly one of my favourite experiences ever.  www.chapon-fin.com
